Engine City Technical Institute offers hands-on training programs give you the knowledge to launch a career as a diesel technician.  You'll learn how to diagnose, disassemble, inspect, repair, assemble, and completely overhaul popular makes of truck engines, marine engines, power trains and/or safe operation and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.

How big are the classes?

We have small class sizes, typically 20-24 students per class. A small class size allows  students to train in a user friendly environment.

Does the school offer more academics, or more hands on training?

50% of the training is hands-on.  Learn by doing, on industry-related equipment.

We are industry recognized and accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT), and approved by the NJ State Department of Education and Workforce, for full time programs.
